- I can't publish final results
Short answer. Publish final results freezes an official revision that every board, share link and payout will use, so Ringer checks the round first and returns the first thing that is not ready. Fix that item, then publish again. The button lives on the Results page (or Manage → Finalize results).
Why it happens
The checks run in a fixed order: league week status, contests, scorecards and matches, handicaps, then the frozen snapshot itself. Only the Commissioner or a co-organizer can publish.
What to do

| "N players haven't finished — need all 18 holes." | Per-hole games (Pot, Stableford, Skins) need every hole. Finish the cards, or mark players who quit as WD or DNF under Manage → Players. |
| "N matches are still on the course." | Match Play and Nassau need every match and press decided. Enter the remaining holes. A match already closed out does not need 17 and 18. |
| "N players have no handicap index — a net game can't settle without it." | Add the index on the roster. A missing index is never treated as scratch. |
| "The 9-Point game is incomplete or its players need attention. Review the game players and scores before finalizing." | Every hole for all three or four players must be in. |

Success reads "Results published." or "Standings updated for N players." If you are republishing after a correction, the confirm reads "Publish corrected results? This replaces the current official snapshot with revision N+1…" and the previous revision stays in the history.
