Short answer. Add games in Create under "The game", or during play from Round Hub → Manage → Money games → "Add a game". Settings and stakes change from the same screen with "Configure ›"; removing a game unlinks it from the round and never deletes hole scores. Once results are published the round must be reopened first.
Steps
Add a game to a new round
- From Create, choose your players and groups.
- On "The game" pick one or more formats. The library is grouped into Popular, Group formats and More formats (coming soon, not yet addable).
- Configure each game (step "5 of 6"): scoring mode, allowance, stake and the format's own options.
- Review "Here's the money — One glance before everyone tees off." Fixed pots show a TOTAL POT; direct wagers such as Nassau or per-skin Skins are noted as "+ direct wagers settle from their game results".
- Tap "Create round" or "Start round".
Add a game to a live round
- Open Round Hub → Manage → Money games.
- Tap "Add a game" and choose a format. With nothing added yet the screen reads "No money on it yet. Add a game below."
- Set the stake with "Raise stake" / "Lower stake" (steps of $5, or $1 for per-point games) and open "Configure ›" for everything else.
Change a game after it has started
- Round Hub → Manage → Money games → "Configure ›" on the game.
- Change scoring mode, allowance, stake, payout plan or the format's options and save.
- The whole game is re-scored from the stored strokes straight away. A Net game with a stake re-runs the handicap check on save.
You cannot change a game's format in place. To switch from Pot (Stroke) to Stableford, for example, remove the game and add the new one.
Remove a game
From the Money games row, remove the game. Ringer unlinks it from the round and deletes it if no other round uses it. Raw hole scores stay exactly as they were.
Who can do this
Only the Commissioner (the host or a co-host) can add, change or remove games. Players see the games on the Round Hub and the board.
Good to know
- One game per format per round. Adding a second gives "[name] is already set up for this round — edit or remove the existing one instead."
- Team Best-Ball needs tee groups and at least two teams. 9-Point needs a field of exactly 3 or 4; Sixes needs exactly 4 players on an 18-hole round.
- After Publish final results, changes are refused with "This round is finalized. Reopen it before adding a game." Reopening asks for a short reason (3 to 500 characters). See Reopen a round.
If it doesn't work
- "Only the commissioner can add games." / "Only an organizer can add a game." You are not a host or co-host on this outing.
- "Remove the duplicate [name] game before continuing." The same format was chosen twice in Create.
- "[name] needs at least N players." / "[name] needs exactly N players." / "[name] supports A–B players." The field does not fit the format.
- "Set tee groups before creating Team Best-Ball." / "Team Best-Ball needs at least two teams." Build groups first.
- "[name] players must be in the same tee group." Head-to-head games need their players in one group.
- "This round is closed. The commissioner can reopen it from the round hub to make changes." Results are final; reopen before editing.
