  3. The board: tabs, order, and what viewers see

Short answer. The board is the live leaderboard for a round. It shows a tab for each game that is configured, in a fixed order, and refreshes itself while scores land. Signed-in players and anyone with the invite link can watch; the Banker and Money Math tabs are for the Commissioner only.

How it works

Tabs are only built for what is set up on the round, always in this order:

  1. Match (Nassau and match games)
  2. Team (with the handicap percentage, contributions, and "What if · off the low man")
  3. Stableford
  4. Team Points
  5. Gross
  6. Net
  7. Skins, with won and pending cells per hole ("Solid = won · dashed = leading, settles once the whole field finishes the hole")
  8. Birdies
  9. Nassau
  10. Banker (managers only, the collect and pay-out sheet)
  11. Money (settlement, side contests, pots)
  12. Ryder Cup (weekends and trips)

9-Point, Sixes, Trash and, for managers, Money Math are added as extra tabs. The board opens on the first tab it built.

The header reads "Live leaderboard · Through hole N". Game tabs refresh every 15 or 20 seconds, so there is no need to pull to refresh. Before any score is in you will see "No scores yet — the board fills in as strokes land." The Gross and Net tabs also list players who have not started yet under "Yet to tee off", with their tee times.

Who sees what

A public link is a way to watch the golf. It never exposes who owes the banker what.

Big Screen (kiosk)

From Manage or the dashboard, "Big Screen ↗" opens a full-screen scoreboard for a TV or the cart with no login. It rotates through slides that have data (Ryder Cup, Team standings, Gross top 12, Net top 12, Skins with "N pending", Stableford, Birdies, Money as "Order of Merit") every 9 seconds and refreshes every 30. Tap to pause or resume, swipe for previous or next, use the arrow keys or space on a keyboard, and the ⛶ button for full screen. There is no tee-sheet slide. Empty state: "The board is set — Scores drop here as they land."

If it doesn't work

  • The board asks you to sign in: you opened it without a ?k= link and are not signed in. Ask for the shared link or sign in.
  • A game is missing: the tab only appears once that game is configured on the round. Check Manage → Money games.
  • The Big Screen shows a not-found page: the link's token is wrong. Copy it again from "Big Screen ↗".
